  Brought the car in for regular oil change and a tire rotation. The car was washed when it was finished, a nice touch. The staff was friendly and understanding. My experience was good but I am giving 4 stars as there was a friend who came in at the same time as me for repair work that had set up a car to drive in exchange. The dealership said they had no cars available for the day as they were already being used so she is without a car for the day and will have to schedule last minute rides.
