  Not having a good experience with her. Her staff is very rude to my son and I Everytime we go there . Yes he is different , he is autistic but they still degrade him and I . They would not make the call to refer him to an oral surgeon ... I had to be the one to call the insurance company and get that all done. He has had his braces for over 4 years when they said it would only be one . He made every appointment the first year and a half until I lost my job due to a terminal illness . He has missed a few since then( I am not always able to drive ) but I have had other people tell me that his braces shouldn't be delayed this far. ...Including his dentist. He has had problems with brackets falling off the day he has them adjusted , bands break , a metal piece in the back bracket broke . And all they want to do is be degrading about it and say it's all his fault and that I should be following him to the bathroom Everytime to watch him . Kinda hard at times especially at school or when he isn't home . They do not own up to anything . I will not bring my other child here for his when he needs them . I can't wait for these to be taken off my son. I have paid out double what I was suppose to in the contract . They have no empathy here whatsoever . I come from a strong, hard working medical family and this place shows very little professionalism. Sad. We go to the Pekin office ...Not sure if the Peoria staff is any better but still same doc.

  I posted about the poor service and treatment of my kids on their fb site. I also noted how she was horrible she was after she was paid in full. After my original post about the horrible service from Dr. Flynn's office I got a call to apologise, asking how they can make it better. Then next appointment miraculously both, yes you read correctly both of my boys are getting their braces off. They got them on at different times and I'd been asking for the past 6 months  when one was going to be removed...kept getting not ready, not ready. Then the Dr had to reschedule the appointment for the removal and normally I end up having to reschedule weeks out....oh no they had openings the NEXT day for both boys to have 2 appointments. So don't complain or she will take your money and not provide complete care for your child.
  My other 4 kids will not be using this office, I'd pay more money for better service. She got $5000 for each of the 4 kids that have already been so $20,000 so far from us...for this treatment. I have never commented on a providers fb or any other source about poor service so that tells you how bad they are.
