  Going in to renew a sticker it blatantly says "Please have this" meaning your license plate number (unless custom who remembers this) ever since I can remember you was capable of just saying your name. The woman wouldn't even research saying we may not get the right person or vehicle. Standing there with my drivers license and any competent adult knows what vehicles they have. They either need to change the sign saying "you must have" or run peoples name like they used to. Nobody is going to renew someone else's sticker all other lines state you must have certain documentation sticker line "please have"

  A below par DMV experience. Everyone seems to hate their job. When I called in to ask a question on two separate occasions, each employee sounded like they were offended and appalled that someone dare ask them a question. Well, pretty much the same experience in person. I went in to have my out of state Class A CDL transferred and apparently the employee that was helping me did not look forward to this process. Way to welcome someone to your state, IL.
