  Gary is a straightforward, honest and genuine nice guy. A year ago, I looked at a couple cars but I wasn't ready to buy. Gary wasn't pushy at all, he had keys ready for test drive for the 2 cars I asked about but didn't press when I told him I wasn't ready.
  
  Fast forward to last week & I needed a (new-to-me) used car. Again, Gary was great about the whole process. Patiently answered all my questions as to what certain car nuances meant, gave me a couple gentle suggestions when I gave him my parameters, and provided straightforward responses to my inquiries. Ended up buying a car & Gary was very knowledgeable about the whole process
