  The condition of the hotel isn't bad for a Super 8 but I spent several hours locked out of the building at night because the overnight clerk called in sick and rather than find someone to cover they locked the building down so no one could get inside. No refund was offered by management nor any other offer of compensation.
  
  Update: Upon checkout the manager comped the stay for both rooms I had rented. Hopefully this type of issue will not happen again.
