  Staff are all very kind and knowledgeable however Pekin office is never running on time, or even close to on time. Each appointment is always started late whether it be just for chemo or a visit with the doctor. A chemo appointment took almost 8 hrs today and family member told can’t stay in room. 8 hours is a long time to wait in the car(live 45 minutes away from the office and was “supposed” to be done in 4 hours) Then had to get child care arranged since definetly won’t be home by 5pm. It’s nice that they have other satellite offices to try out.
